  This place is horrific, dirty, needs zero star. I am very surprised this place hasn't been shut down. This is my experience... My grandmother couldn’t walk do to a injury and they barely wanted to take her to the bathroom she had to wait and wait, I had to complain to the staff because they didn’t shower her, my grandmother smelled bad, I didn’t leave until someone showered her, they gave her salt in her food when she is not supposed to have salt I could name a list of things wrong here. If you can avoid please do not send your love one here. If you have to make sure to visit everyday if possible to make sure the proper things are being done like changing the bedsheets and that the heat is working properly.
